Fulfillment Policy

• Refund policy: We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase with any board purchased without customization. You may ship your board back to us (at your expense) to receive a full refund. If your board arrived damaged, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
• Shipping or delivery policy: Our order processing time is 3-5 days. We ship via USPS priority mail, which takes 2-5 days in most cases. (Holiday season is often delayed)
